1. Assumption of Risk

Driving high-performance vehicles involves inherent risks. By booking an experience with Novixa, you acknowledge that you are participating in a potentially dangerous activity. All participants will be required to sign a comprehensive liability waiver upon arrival at the track.

2. Eligibility

Drivers must be at least 25 years of age and hold a full, valid driver's license from their country of residence. Drivers must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Novixa reserves the right to breathalyze participants prior to driving.

3. Vehicle Damage Policy

While insurance is included in your package, a deductible applies in the event of damage caused by driver negligence or failure to follow instructor commands. You are responsible for the first $5,000 of any damage incurred.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Bookings are non-refundable less than 14 days prior to the event. Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no additional cost to a mutually agreeable date.

5. Instructor Authority

For your safety and the safety of others, our professional instructors have final authority on the track. Failure to obey instructor commands will result in immediate termination of the driving session without refund.

6. Media Release

We film our track days. By participating, you grant Novixa the right to use footage and photographs of you for marketing purposes.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
